If you are a trained Direct Care Worker and have no history of a suspension on your valid Michigan Drivers License we would like to invite you to come to our office on an “Application Tuesday” and meet with one of our Area Managers.
Due to the standards required by our insurance company we will not beadle to consider employment for anyone with a history of a driver’s license suspension (for any reason) in the last 10 years.Applicants with completed Direct Care Worker Training Certification(CLS, MORC, Wayne Center, NSO, etc.) will be given first consideration for current job postings. If available, please bring copies of your training records such as CPR, First Aid, Recipient Rights and Direct Care transcripts, etc. with you to your initial application.
If you need to bring your original documents we will be happy to make copies for you.Applicants will need to provide a valid Michigan Drivers License and Social Security Card to complete the hiring process. The initial application process can take up to two (2) hours so please arrive prepared to stay for the entire process.
Upon conditional job offer applicants are to be prepared for the following: Background checks, Michigan Drivers License check and onsite Drug Screen.Applicants who are accepted for employment will also be required to report to Concentrate for TB test & Pre-Employment Physicals.Application/
